On behalf of the BTC Executive we are pleased to invite you and your members to attend the upcoming BTC Championships.

The event is being held on Sunday 09th June at the Worcester Arena, University of Worcester, Severn Campus, Hylton Road, Worcester, WR2 5JN.

To raise awareness of the championships, we kindly request all instructors to share the attached event poster on their social media pages.

As always, these competitions prioritise the competitors, and we urge that instructors put in their upmost effort to generate excitement for this event.

Please note the following.
  • All entries are to be submitted online through the BTC website www.tkdcouncil.com via the club instructor.
    • If you do not know your log in details please contact Ashley at the BTC head office - email@tkdcouncil.com
  • The deadline for entry and payment will be Wednesday 29th May 2024.
  • Competitor entry fee is £20.00 per event.
  • Spectator Entry Fee is £10.00 (Children 12 and under are free) - Tickets can be purchased in advance online.
  • Set up staff and officials to arrive at 7.15am through side door.
  • If you are delivering equipment for the competition please send car/van registration to waltons1234@me.com for access to the loading bay.
  • All officials are to register online via their club, there will also be an option to select the t-shirt size for the official.
  • Main arena doors will be open from 8.00am for competitors and spectators.
  • There will be a TAG team event - registrations will be taken on the day of the competition.
  • Prepaid wristbands will be sent to the instructors home address that is registered with the BTC in advance.
  • Clubs with competitors will be sent 1 free spectators wristband for the club instructor.
  • Weigh in for Black Belt competitors will open at 8.30am.
  • There will be NO coaches at the event.
  • Everyone sits down around the area.
  • Only students who are competing in that division can sit around that area
  • Every competitor must have a wrist band on and wear a dobok to be on the area 
  • Officials must wear a wrist band to get on to the competition area
  • No spectators on the competition area.
