TJ TKD is your local elite martial art school based in Swinderby. We offer family friendly lessons aimed at boosting confidence, increasing discipline and teaching self-defence.
We train twice a week at Swinderby Village Hall on a Monday and Wednesday, 5:30pm – 6:30pm.
