We are a small friendly TaeKwon-Do club based near Epping in Essex.
Currently we run 2 mixed classes for ages 8+ any fitness level is OK, you don’t need to be great to start, but you need to start to become great.
Free classes before you need to enrol, so just pop in, pull off your sox and jump in.
