Welcome to Selston, Hucknall & Bulwell TAGB Tae Kwon-Do!  My name is Miss Kayleigh Linworth, and I am a 5th Degree Black Belt with over sixteen years of training and teaching experience.  I began as a student at Selston and never looked back!  Tae Kwon-Do has shaped my life, and I now feel privileged to guide others on their journey.

As a fully qualified Instructor and Referee, recognised by the British Tae Kwon-Do Council (BTC) and Sport UK, I lead every class with passion and care.  My aim is to help each student, from beginner to advanced, build confidence, discipline, and effective self defence skills while enjoying their training.

Classes are welcoming and inclusive, open to all ages and abilities.  Whether you want to get fitter, learn self defence, or take part in competitions, you will find the support and encouragement you need to succeed.

I am supported by dedicated assistant instructors, also Black Belts and TAGB certified, ensuring lessons remain safe, structured, and enjoyable.  Together, we are proud to provide a positive and inspiring TAGB Tae Kwon-Do community in the North Midlands.
