A massive thanks to all those who attended the British championships at Derby Arena on Sunday, officials, competitors, supporters and families. Once again you made it a spectacular event and even though we started late due to the lorry that was delivering the mats breaking down we still finished by 5 o'clock. On Monday I went into hospital for shoulder surgery and it all seems to have gone well. I just need to work hard on the physio now to get full use of my right arm back. Thanks for all the best wishes that I have received on Facebook, I really appreciate it.
